Description
CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a tetrasubstituted peptide derivative of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). The modification termed “without DAC” results in a reduced half-life, facilitating the investigation of pulsatile GH release models.
Ipamorelin is a targeted agonist of the ghrelin receptor that has been investigated for its capacity to induce GH release in vitro, while having minimal impact on prolactin or cortisol pathways.
